Innovative Matte System

Hy-lite's patented retrofit process uses a matte system to fit precise opening measurements in 1/4" increments.  The matte is color matched to the frame and is designed to make the acrylic block window adaptable to any size opening by creating a bridge between the maximum number of whole blocks (for both width and height) and the frame.  Hy-Lite's goal is to utilize the least amount of matte while providing the most even reveal in both width and height.  In the rare instance that a precise number of whole blocks measure to fit the existing opening exactly, no matte will be used.
