Casement acrylic block windows are hinged on the left or right side (viewed from outside) and open outward.  All casement windows come with a screen and are only avaialble with vinyl frames.  New construction windows are available in fixed sizes only; Retrofit windows are built to your specs or rough opening dimensions.
