The hopper window offers the same insulated properties as a dual pane window in addition to a clean modern look. It also has a ten-year warranty. Hopper acrylic block windows are hinged at the bottom and open inward.  All Hopper windows come with a screen and are only available with vinyl frames. New construction windows are available in fixed window sizes only; Retrofit windows are built to your specs and rough opening dimensions.
