I can't see out the blocks, but my neighbor can see me in the shower...is there a way for the blocks to have been installed backwards? Any solutions to the problem?

When installing acrylic blocks in a bathroom, you should use Clear Frosted wave Blocks. This will give you the most privacy. The clear wave block is used in movies, TV Commercials and as room dividers and conference room dividers. The Clear wave distorts the other side but does not block out light thus is not suitable for bathroom windows if at street level.

Recomendations:
If you want Privacy: Use Frosted Wave
If you want some privacy: Use Clear Wave or Cross-Rib
