Can I cut acrylic blocks at 45 degrees (across the corners) or at other angles? What do I use to cut them?

Hello Tim,

Yes, you can cut acrylic blocks at 45 degrees (across the corners). You can use a hand held saw or ban saw, or circular saw, 266 teeth or more.

Yes, you can use a wet saw even though you do not need such a saw. A regular circular saw would do the trick.

I saw that tiles can be cut @ 45 degree angles. Can they be cut at other angles w/o issue?

Hi Claire H.

You can cut the block using a circular saw. We do not recommend cutting the blocks because it may cause leakage and possible breakage.

The triangle block is not a cut block but a molded acrylic block that is sealed together at the factory.

If you have any questions please feel to contact us.
