I am in the process of redoing my shower area. I want to have one acrylic glass block wall extend out past the actual shower pan. In order to make my design work I would have to secure an 82" metal channel, veritcally, directly to the block wall itself to support the front piece of shower glass. Is it possible to secure this channel directly to the block wall using some type of waterproof adhesive?

Yes,

You can use Pure silcone to attach the aluminum to acrylic block. Silcone is used in fish tank and is the best adhesive that we know.
